I don't mind waiting--that wasn't the issue. The problem was that no one acknowledged me. The two employees working saw me, turned their backs, and continued what they were doing. A simple "We'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. After several minutes, one of the employees finally turned around and asked to take my order. I asked a question about one of their food items and where I could find it. She looked irritated and silently pointed toward the bread section. I had already looked there and didn't see what I was asking about, so I was understandably confused. When she noticed my confusion, she dismissively said, "If you don't see it, we don't have it," in an unprofessional tone. I simply said "Okay, thank you" and walked away. A customer service training needs to be reviewed with these young ladies.
