For Easter, my son just gave me a beautiful, high quality, cream colored sweater with bright oranges all over it and a quilted handbag that had orange, yellow and green colors. Both were from this . Looks super cute with blue jeans for the spring. We recently lost a really cool store in downtown Redlands called, Mozarts, who had high-end unique gifts. The store closed down when the owner passed away. I would have to say that now KISSUI and KISSUI KITH are now among my favorite boutique stores in the downtown Redlands area. A great place to get gifts for others or for yourself.

I picked up a cute onesie for my daughter that she's worn so many times, it's held up beautifully through washes and playtime. One of my favorite touches was the play area -- there were dolls and a little shopping cart that kept my daughter entertained while I browsed. Recently I had a lot of clothes that have added up so I went in again and they said they would be taking clothes Oct 1st. I thought I would call ahead on Sept 21st asking if Oct 1st was still the drop off date. She said "no, we're full, we had 147 families drop off clothes so we aren't taking any more items" I was not too happy. They said it was posted also on instagram and didn't see it there either. I now have 5 bag full of clothes because your store seems like it's too full when I check in numerous times during the year.

One of the girls (with blonde hair) had a stern look and said they had more in the back. Her expression left a sour taste but I still wanted to purchase it. I wanted to make sure it was okay with my husband so we came back later to look at it. He tested it out (pushed around and closed it). I asked the same (stern) lady if this was how the stroller work and she said yes after testing it out herself. She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside. I said I was going to put it back and she said "it's fine" and stormed off. Strike 2. The stroller is what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to Target and Walmart. I'm all for supporting small businesses and you can't please every customer but I felt like I wasn't being rude or harsh when asking for a stroller.

The store was previously a Mervyn's, and it appears the original flooring and carpet were never updated--leaving everything looking worn, outdated, and in need of replacement. This store is short staffed and the wait times can be 30 minutes to an hour. They only have two cashiers ringing while all of the rest of the staff is wandering around the store not helping people. The manager comes up at times, but seems overwhelmed and doesn't know how to lead her staff. The store is in disarray and they either need more workers or the workers that are wandering need to clean up the store.
