How do you miss a big truck on the lot? Oh they, don't work on the weekends, but I guess they don't work Monday mornings either. uhaul should've checked with the garage for that truck first before alerting anybody and scaring them to death about possibly owing for the truck. The garage should have checked it in first thing in the mornin. They too are responsible for that truck. Be more alert, responsible, diligent. The U-Haul office jumped the gun shamelessly. Instead of contacting the garage first before sending out threatening emails and text, to the customer. Verify your facts first. Only after speaking with me did they say oh we will follow up with the lot. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A better procedure needs to be put in place. Poor management U-Haul.
