Will(our technician) was very honest with us about how expensive a certain part would be and that there was no guarantee it would fix the problem, we didn't end up going for it but appreciated all of the trouble shooting he did to tell us if we could save our oven or not. My fridge was freezing my items paid damn near $400 in all including parts, was told to give it…read moresome time to adjust, it continued to freeze when I called back to inform them after a month that it was still freezing they stated it was out of the 30 day window and wanted to charge another $175. Was never told there was a 30 day warranty. I Was told give it time to adjust. I called back after a month and a half of still having it "adjust", its not like it was freezing every day it was sporadic. Never again.
