Beware of extra charges. They have a $50/hour "disaster fee" that is applied subjectively. If they are going to charge by the hour, they need to be transparent about that and not advertise a flat price for the service. Get an eyes-on estimate before they start. They did good work. read more

My wife bought me a gift card for a present. She paid him with a credit card. He does not have physical gift cards, so he was supposed to email her one. She received a receipt for the purchase but no gift card, not in her inbox or her spam folder. He will not accept her receipt because it conveniently doesn't have the gift card on it. So, I'll have to pay this crook again tomorrow to get my car back. I came back the next day with my wife who had given me the detailing as a present. She showed him the receipt on her phone and that she hadn't received the gift card. He told her it was his policy that customers must inform him within 24 hours if they didn't receive the digital gift card. My wife wasn't about to have money stolen from her and pressed him. He relented and looked up the email he supposedly sent before and resent it to the same email address it was supposed to have sent it to originally. It arrived on her phone and she showed it to him. He had no choice but to accept it then. $370 to detail a 1993 Miata seems like a lot to me, especially when there was a smudge on the driver's mirror. read more

After multiple times coming to this business, i am still impressed and never let down by the results. The owner Jeffrey, is very corporative and helped me figure out what I needed done to my vehicle. I always went to car washed to wash my vehicle but they just don't compare to the work that is done when I take it to get detailed by this company. I have also recommended this company to many other people and they have end up loving the results as well as so their for I ain't the only one loving the results that they provide their customers/clients. 10/10 recommended to anyone that is looking at getting their vehicle detailed! read more

Took my minivan to JB Detailing for a "complete interior detail." It was $230 for this level of detail which is more than I have ever paid, but I figured they would do a great job. I'm fact, when I mentioned how expensive it was the guy said "we are the best." Spoiler alert, they're not. When I arrived to pick it up I opened the door and first thing I noticed was a spec of food/candy stuck to the center cup holder. I scratched it off easily. When I opened the back, all the dog hair was still on the carpet. So I had the employee take a look and he said, "oh my guy must not have seen that." It didn't even look like it had been vacuumed. He then said it would be an extra $50 do get the dog hair out. I said, "what was the other $230 for?!?!" When I got home I inspected it more. They did a good job of vacuuming out the obvious spots, but the crevices were still dirty. And even though the upgraded detail was supposed to include shampoo, my one year old floor mats still looked filthy. So I texted the guy and showed him pictures. He said they looked "permanently stained." I was able to clean them with my $70 carpet cleaner from Walmart (see pictures). I spent the next hour or so cleaning all the spots they missed. read more

My wife contacted JB Detailing to get my car detailed for my birthday. Worse experience ever. First, being a women, they took advantage of her and charged full size vehicle pricing where as my vehicle is a midsize SUV (NOT a Tahoe or Yukon or Navigator). Secondly, they damaged my vehicle and didn't tell me and they tried to hide the damage. A phone call to them resulted in saying when they went to open the rear hatch (did not release latch) the handle came off. A face to face resulted in a new explanation, it was broken when it came into the shop (false). Their story changed the more I inquired. The DISHONESTY and attempted COVERUP leads me believe this is their typical business model (IT'S NOT MY FAULT) when they screw-up. Other wise their detailing my vehicle was Ok, but not great. read more

Little disappointed that I was told they wouldn't do an interior detail on my vehicle after my son threw up. I already spent two hours cleaning my car, just needed someone to shampoo the carpets and get at the nooks and crannies as I don't have the right equipment to do it myself.
