She has a background in being a life coach so she is attentive to your total wellness, not just physical, which is key for me. I work out with her exclusively via FaceTime and as a busy, working Mom, it couldn't be more perfect. She is on time and friendly, even at 6 am! If you are on the fence about contacting her, do it! You won't regret it. Scheduling times with her is easy and if I ever need to move times around she is very accommodating. Also, from the beginning she was upfront about her fees and wanted to make sure that we stayed within my budget. She never pushed me to do more than I was comfortable with. Kathryn utilized a phone app called Trainerize, which I love. She loads the work outs in the app after we have completed them so I am able to do them on my own on days of the week that I don't work out with her. It is very easy to follow along.

At TTS, I show up for the classes do what I'm told for an hour and move on with my day. I don't like the spin cycle, but I like what it's done for me. I don't love cardio kickboxing but it's a good full-body workout that you can do regardless of what shape you'rein. You don't have to be in shape when you start. Like many things in life showing up is half of the work. When you're there focus on the results you're working towards and the reasons you're doing it. Improving your health is not selfish, it benefits everyone around you. Bill also offers personal training for those who prefer it. There are several things on my list of "I don't do's"…read more I don't eat cherry-flavored gummy bears I don't wear sandals with socks I don't run unless I'm being chased (and even then, I'd rather hide) and I don't work out Cue Weight Watchers, Groupon, and Center Fit, where *shocker* I found something awesome. As a WW member, it's been a while since I've really needed to start working out, but it's pretty tough. Even the Wii Fit hurts my bod--thank you to years of cheerleading and injuries for my arthritis and loosey goosey ligaments/tendons (yes, that IS the technical term that the orthopedic surgeon provided me with). So I watch Groupon for fitness deals, because I'm a deal hound like that. One day, I see a deal for True Health Studio. "Hmmm" I say to myself...let's see, shall we? Zumba? Fun! Kettlebells? COOL! Sledge hammers and giant tires? HELL YES! But wait...I can't do any of that...It will hurt. *sad face* Restoring movement? Now we're talking. Two weeks in and I'm hooked. Steve runs the class as a group personal training, where routines are personalized for each individual in a small group setting. His knowledge of the body and how we move is phenomenal. Rock. On. No pain, no gain? Not in this class. The goal is not to push too far, but to go just far enough to move more the next day. After day one, I was still a little sore, but I wasn't in pain and I was excited to return. I leave each session with a smile on my face knowing that my body is getting stronger and that one day I WILL get to play with sledge hammers and kettlebells.

I would not recommend anyone to sign up for this membership. When I signed up there were massage tables in my package and within 2 weeks the massage table was broken and removed. I was still charged full price every week. goodbye and good riddance anytime fitness.

Not very nice deducting points at a specific location due to things they can't fix. The place was huge! And busy bit that's to be expected with all the equipment. I saw plenty of open spots even with all the people. I expected it to be way dirty due to all the people but it was pretty clean. Except hair is the bathroom but no more than 5 min after I was in there a worker was vacuuming. Classes looked spacious and amazing. Everything was working nothing was out of order. Elijah was amaizng showing me around as well. There were alot of workers up front.
