The constant stream of delivery drivers and ringing bells just made it awkward to sit and wait for the food, which took way longer than expected, even though I was promised it wouldn't, again because of the constant stream of orders. The staff was slightly rude and not very attentive but they were totally overwhelmed. Each time a delivery driver comes and goes, which is practically non-stop, you get a big blast of cold wet air from outside. Also, even though I clearly stated "for here," my food came packaged up to go in a s*** ton of disposable plastic. I get it, mistakes happen or I was misheard, but it just added to the feeling that you are not supposed to sit and eat on premises. It has a similar vibe to when you walk into a $tarbuck$ nowadays and try to order in person at the counter and they give you a quizical look to let you know you are doing it wrong for not using the app or whatever.
