Service JB is my guy at Concept, and he is not only skilled but he actively maintains me as a client. He documents each cut, familiarized himself with my hair type, and can consistently replicate previous cuts or make adjustments depending on what I'm going for. Usually I just go in with a vague request like "Just a clean up, maybe some shaping on the beard" and he always delivers with something that looks good.
