My Hackberry tree had a couple of limbs that needed to be removed and they did that, too. I had a stump from a Redbud that had fallen in a storm and the stump was still there. They removed it and they also removed an iron stake that staked that Redbud when it was planted, but roots had grown around it and it was seemingly impossible to remove. They were efficient and expert and cleaned up very nicely. They had to work around power lines and deal with a very busy street and did so effortlessly. The business proposed trimming back a neighbors tree and said it would take 5.25 manhours. I watched the man cutting the tree spend about 4-5 minutes cutting 4 small to medium size branches. Then two other men spend 2 minutes moving the limbs to the shredder. Less than 10 minutes total. They were trying to charge me $600.00 for those 10 minutes. I called them on it and the foreman told me he would never pay so much to have any tree trimmed. When I called the office to voice my concerns the receptionist said the owner would call me back. Now over 24 hours later I haven't heard a peep. I reached out to the man who visited us and wrote the proposal (Jeryn Batman) and he seems to be ghosting his customers also.
