Absolutely awesome experience with them. During these garbage times with logistics being a huge problem that isn't their fault they helped me along the whole way. JBM just installed a Westcott Design 3/1 lift on my 2023 Toyota Tundra as well as alignment to the Westcott Design spec. Work appears to have been completed professionally. All bolts were marked after torque settings to ensure no movement. Retorque after 1,000 miles included in the base price. Cost of install and alignment were inline with others in the area. I have been using JBM for the last year. I first met Paul when I arrived. I have a 2013 Jeep 2 dr JK that I wanted lifted, tires and rims. Paul gave me all the info I needed to make a solid choice for my Jeep. I went with Fox shocks and a MetalCloak lift kit. 35 inch BFG's and Black on Black Method rims - they completed the job quickly and I could not be happier with the results. Recently went in for a gear change to 4.56 with a Flashpac tuner. Again everything came out awesome. I also met Mark who was very helpful and friendly with some additional repairs they noticed I needed when I came back in to have the gear oil changed. JBM installed an Air Lift air bag system in my Silverado 3500 truck and did a fine job. The installation is top notch. The technician walked me through using the remote control and setting up my iPhone to control it. He explained how best to use the system when adjusting for connect and disconnect with a toy hauler. That extra touch was very helpful given that I'm a novice with these devices and was seeking to address a small amount of squat with a heavy trailer. read more

I recently put on new rims and tires on my truck. Didn't think I was going to have any issues since I was running the same size tire as my stock tires, but my new wheels offset threw everything off which caused a good amount of rubbing when I would turn. These guys were able to fix my issue and made everything look factory original. They even told me if I experience any more rubbing while off-roading or in general, they would shave off more at no extra cost. I had been trying to figure out what suspension to go with on my 4runner, and been thinking it over for the better part of 6 months. After calling 5 shops and disappointed with the service I stumbled upon JBM Offroad, and I am glad I did. There were several shops a lot closer to me, and if I had to do it all over again I'd drive 2 hours one way to go with JBM. Paul took the time to walk me through options, his thoughts, and really see what I wanted to get out of my purchase. I brought my ram truck to have retractable steps installed and this guys took care of me very well. They were professional and straight up dudes . I waited a week testing them out making sure all was in the up and up. The steps were responsive retracting and hiding as they should do. When the doors opens they retracted and when the door ma closed they hid. Same when I unlocked and locked the doors. Haven't had any problems. These guys sure know their stuff.
