Had an appointment for as soon as they opened to get new tires and I was quoted 1.5 hours for the wait time. I was patient and waited an extra hour before asking for an update and they said it would be an additional hour. Had I known the wait time was going to be 3-4 hours I would have left and came back to pickup my vehicle. Shine that light on me, BABY!! When you have a ride that needs some loving, maintenance is about 80% of it. The remaining portion is modifying your ride. The question is: What exactly do I want to mod my ride with? Interior/Exterior/Performance/Lighting...So many possibilities!! With so many mod shops around, I trusted my instincts with ONE CALL. I called JBM Motoring in Orange. Located about a mile west of Katella Ave. after N. Batavia St., you will find JBM Motoring. My Toyota Tundra, a.k.a. Baby Monster, gets a yearly gift from me, with the exception from the routine service maintenance. One Year, its the Fender Flares, the Camper Shell, the Bull Guards, Customized License Plates, and a lot of fun stuff. I've had a lot of projects done on her. This year, I am not so sure what I wanted to do. Then, I narrowed it down to as simple as seeing what is in front of me in the dark. Like most freeway projects, this project was going to be Phase 1 out of many other projects that I am about to endeavor. I have settled with: LED LIGHT BARS! I didn't contact JBM Motoring prior to coming in. I just looked at their site and see what they had to offer. That was a small piece of my investigation. The other was going to the shop to find out myself. When you drive in, you will see some modified vehicles that JBM Motoring is displaying to the public. I love some of them and I hope to eventually be in those stages in the future. I walked in and was greeted by one of JBM's finest, Paul. At that time, I didn't ask for his name. I gave Paul my criteria. Criteria: LIGHT BARS. Paul searched for about 10 minutes before presenting me a game plan. He even walked out to my truck and I gave him scenarios. From highway patrol to basic science friction advice related to the LED Light Bars. JBM Motoring offers a wide variety of accessories/modifications to your vehicles. I was in awe when some of the accessories were already on truck. I did some of the modifications myself. Wheels/Rims/Suspension are a big portion of their business. There were some Bull Guards/Winches that look much better than mine. After researching, Paul got his answers and gave me a rundown. From pricing to the accessories of the LED Light Bar. I loved what I saw and placed an order right there. You can pay in full or do a 50/50 Deposit/Install. He was able to get me the earliest install, but I waited a few more days for additional accessories. When it was time to install, I dropped off my truck in the morning and would have ready for me by 3pm. In actuality, they started working on Baby Monster around noon. So, it would take a few hours. I got a courtesy call from Paul: Ryan, your truck is ready! I got out of my office and got to JBM Motoring as fast as I can. Unfortunately, Paul had to go to lunch, but met with his colleague, Marcus. Marcus gave me a rundown from the switch as well as the LED Light Bar being covered due to the fact that LED Light Bars must be covered during public roadways. I know I see a lot of them uncovered. Just trying to be a responsible citizen. I could not believe my Baby Monster looks cute and meaner at the same time. 23040 Lumens BRIGHT! They installed a GGL 4D Light Bar. GGL is also another Orange Company. Heck, I love products that are right here in SoCal. I can't wait to try this out in the middle of the night. Possibly save someone! Overall, it was very simple process from the website to the store. The salesman pressure was never there to start with. I felt comfortable with Paul and finished the transaction with Marcus. I told them that I am intrigued on doing some Cold Air Intake Modifications to my truck. They are working on researching and what is best for my truck. It's not often that you leave a Automotive Place with a great feeling. More importantly, you don't leave knowing that they want to make sure you are leaving a great product. My husband and I are truly impressed with their knowledge and expertise, and we're so thankful to have found them. We have a lifted 2019 4Runner with a good deal of aftermarket upgrades that were installed by my husband. We live in an area where off-road access is right there off our dirt driveway, so my car is often put to the test. We have been having trouble finding a place to get it properly aligned and answer some questions for us since something has felt off about the car. No one has been able to properly align it or figure out why we were having other issues despite having 1-3 days with it in their shop and hundreds of dollars spent...but JBM off-road not only fixed the alignment and another upper control arm issue in a timely manner, they quickly came up with a few different solutions/recommendations for what could have gone wrong, how to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. Beyond the services they provided, everyone was really genuine and friendly, and I felt comfortable working with them right off the bat. Being from out of town and having my husband be in and out of service, I was a little worried about if I'd be able to understand everything going on and communicate everything appropriately to my husband. Mark was stellar in his explanation of what was going on, pulling up pictures on the computer and drawing me a picture, along with typing up notes for me so I could relay the message appropriately...all of this was done with respect and kindness. I bring my truck for new gears JBM replaced the gears on my truck during that time they damage a rear fender, I try to be nice and I told them that I had an other little dent on my other fender. They send the truck to the body shop at the same time I asked them for a price to install a leveling kit that I used to have on the same truck (two shocks & two springs) They told me we can fix the dent that you have on the other fender or install your leveling kit at no additional cost so you are happy for the incident,,, I thought yes let do the dent repair We will install the leveling kit later. At the end of the day I have to paid $1200 for the repairs of my second fender because now they say that they only offer to give me their cost on the repairs. I could fix my second fender for half of what they charge me plus it took three weeks to get my truck back. Never again! Thought about just letting it go but wanted to save someone the problems I had. Ordered a set of sidesteps and set up an appointment 9 days later for installation. Called Mark 3 days prior to installation to make sure we were good to go. He said I have the steps here with your name on them. Dropped off my truck to Mark. 45 minutes later he called me to say he was sorry but the steps were never delivered. This after telling me earlier he was looking right at them Just lied all along. Thought it was going to be simple, leveling a 2018 F250. Not the case. Tried to gouge me on wheels & tires, so I bought them elsewhere saved over $1k. Took 3 days to install a Carli leveling kit!! Turned out it wasn't all Carli, not the complete kit, they frankenstein'd it together and didn't use all the right parts. 3 return trips for various metal-on-metal klunking sounds, alignment issues & misc damage, they told me they couldn't hear and it was "all good." Ran out of options called Carli (who were awesome), they asked me to bring the truck out. Carli fixed close to a dozen install errors in about an hour!! Truck now rides great. Shows they had no clue what they were doing. Will not go back. Make sure you know what they're selling you, shop the price & don't let them blow you off. Absolutely terrible customer service. read more

Well, my previous review was nothing but stellar. I guess I should have given it a bit more time. I will say that Brian is great and the pricing was awesome. But, execution wasn't so good. Overall, I've had suspension, brakes, & exhaust done by JBM. So far, no issues at all with suspension. Brakes - fronts were fine, but rear calipers were put on upside down and never bled properly. They can't be bled properly because the bleeder valve was on the bottom side, this should have been a clear indication something was wrong. Exhaust - sounded good when I left but when I got home I crawled under the truck and found that it wasn't installed to the manufacturers specs.Since JBM is over an hour away, I had a local shop check it out. Sure enough, leaks at every clamp and the intermediate pipe wasn't even seated all the way in. Like I said, the shop is great, staff is great, pricing is great, but the guy installing your stuff needs some more training. At a minimum, they should glance at the install instructions before installing something they have never done before. read more

I went in for a leveling kit and air bags on my Yukon XL. They were super professional and informative, let me know what I needed to do to tow my travel trailer safely with my new setup. They never made me feel like since i was a woman I was out of place like some shops will do. While I was there I got a new set of wheels as well and LOVE THEM.
