Their team patiently worked with us all throughout, offering helpful advice, and addressing any questions or concerns we had. They guided us through the selection process with the various suppliers which was efficient and each vendor was extremely helpful and professional. Prior to starting construction, we were given access to a detailed online schedule so we knew what was planned each day which was so helpful. From the first day of construction, they kept us updated on any changes to the schedule and was very flexible if we needed to adjust anything, and he was always available and responsive if we had questions. From the planning/design process to the daily work, they were extremely communicative and thorough. We were impressed by everyone that worked on this project and the results exceeded our expectations. Additionally, any questions we had were answered quickly. The whole team was absolutely amazing. Everyone was professional, courteous, personable, and so talented. We both work from home quite a bit so we got to know a few of the crew members over the several weeks of the project.
