The folks here recognize repeat customers, but due to their new computer system, you have to tell them specifically. The price to fix a small crack in a windshield is about $100 cheaper here than their Safelite competitors located directly across Winchester Road. I do wish that they would either dismantle or repair their broken clock on their sign located in front of their shop. It's a bad look. (also: This was once a family-owned business. As of August of 2022, it was sold to a corporation. As expected, things are now no longer quite the same.)

My daughter's car was hit while parked in a parking lot, driver side front and rear doors damaged…read more When I picked up car after repairs completed, I didn't check work thoroughly because I had to get to work- big mistake. Rear door that was repainted did not have protective coating replaced, front door handle damaged in accident was not fixed, rubber edge around window on door replaced is not even attached correctly, and a black, sticky substance appears all over window each time it is rolled up or down. I called Callibur several times and even asked to speak to a manager, but never heard back from anyone. I'd give zero stars. They clearly did not provide quality work and did not appear to care that work was not done correctly. I'd never take a car there again.
