She was professional, thorough and her easy-going and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. She performed a minimally invasive procedure with a probe in my throat which was uncomfortable, but she made it as fast, painless and efficient as possible, offering encouragement and support. I found her very thorough, and willing to listen to my symptoms and concerns and address them. Equally important, she was kind, understanding, sympathetic and personable. She asked questions and listened to my responses, seeking more information and deeper understanding.
