They showed up early, (super impressive), worked their BUTTS off on a hot July day and absolutely blew our expectations out of the water. We grossly underestimated how much we had to move and ended up needing to rent an additional U-Haul truck the day of our move. (Totally our fault). These guys pitched in and helped in more ways than I could ever list. They remained calm, positive, enthusiastic, and were extremely professional and respectful. I could literally not say enough good about this moving company!!! I give them my absolute highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you go with Family Affordable Moving. They are more expensive than others but at least on the first time, it went well. This time they were very professional on the estimating and up front processes. Especially when it came to getting the money. I was getting responses within a matter of seconds from the coordinator and our account representative. Then after they had our money, things slowed down and it was impossible to get any information. No idea when the crews will arrive etc. Our things are somewhere in transit and we don't know when they will be delivered. I may change my review based on how things end up, but for now I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I used Northstar moving for a previous long distance move (from Chicago to Texas), and they were much better.
