Kate, Rachel, Cooper, Lauren, Noel, Claire,…read more(I'm sure I'm missing some) are all amazing physical therapists and technicians that really get you back on track. Whether it's for physical injuries or if you're going through some mental health struggles that are causing physical injuries. My reason for registering myself here (still registered here while writing this) was due to anxiety and stress causing issues in my head, neck and shoulders which all around effected my wellbeing. From my very first appointment (the consultation), I felt very comfortable with the service I'd receive here. I was able to explain all of my issues and even get some relief on the first day! I received my first work out plan too and it was sent to an app that they work with to be able to do your work outs outside of your appointments (MedBridge GO). I started coming twice a week, and I had the same therapist, Kate, for a few appointments and moved to Rachel. Both are amazing and provide great advice, relief for the muscle tenseness that I have, and even encouragement/talk therapy that I'll be okay and get back to normal! You do your workouts here too and they change from time to time (difficulty increases or to work out different muscles) and the support you get is like clock work here! During busy times of the day, I'll have 2 to 4 different Techs trading off my workouts to assist me. So I'm never standing around waiting, I always have support. Everyone is energetic, funny, supportive and any other positive thing I can think of to make physical therapy a physical improvement, but also a mental one too. It's going to be sad when this comes to an end, but that means they did a great job! The staff here are the best of the best!

The 3 I've seen so far all have Doctorates in PT, and one has gone on to get specialized training in massage and rolfing. They will spend the first visit assessing the problem area and then will work with you to come up with a program to improve the problem, address the pain and strengthen the area. They've moved to a new space which is quite nice. It's a large open space with all the needed equipment to work with you. Mario the owner has done a great job with making it look welcoming while also being functional. The front desk staff is efficient and will help you get scheduled, make sure your insurance is covering you and will send you your bills / receipts to your phone or email. All and all an efficient operation. I made the mistake of trying a different place recently and it did not go well - the scheduling, insurance approval, communication was all done poorly - so this is something not to be taken lightly!

I thought both were helpful in alleviating my pain. They also helped me do exercises that were appropriate for my mobility, strength and pain level. 100% recommend them. Dr. Janu and Dr. Eric. The issues I've had here are with the staff. After coming in for my first appointment I was told that Dan would call to schedule my next appointments. I didn't hear from him. I finally called and was told that he was waiting for a script from my doctor and authorization from my insurance. I told him I had a script and we went round and round on the next step. I finally called my doctor and had them fax it over to them. Then I waited some more. It turns out my insurance now required authorization to continue. I called them and found out they had authorized it so I called back again to let them know. I finally was able to schedule my next appointment but 2 weeks had gone by. They also had a staff shortage going on so even though I was authorized there were no appointments available all week. My insurance only authorized it a limited time frame. Then I went on a planned vacation so I lost another week. My next appointment was with a young woman who did not seem to understand my issue - she had me do exercises that were really painful and did not help. The next few days I was in so much pain I could hardly move and had to add a knee brace which wasn't even an area that hurt before. I finally went back in and saw Dr. Janu and told him what had happened. He did a great job with appropriate stretching and exercises. The bad news? MY TIME WAS NOW UP with my insurance approval. LOL So they have to re-request additional time to continue. I don't really trust their front office staff to do it in a timely manner - so I doubt I'll get back in before the end of the year.

This location was chosen as it is close to his home. I can't say enough about the staff here. They are wonderful and so patient with my brother, who is 82. I highly recommend Team Rehab.
