Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I called several heating and coooling repair companies, and as expected, most were booked out since it was a cold day and many people were having issues. Then I called Edina Heating & Cooling and reached Patrick, who was very friendly and helpful. He agreed to come out that day to look at the furnace even though he likely wouldn't be able to repair or replace it that day. He showed up on time and quickly figured out what the issue was, and gave me options to fix something that the original installers had done incorrectly, or replace the unit. I decided to do the repair, and he was able to come back in the morning with the parts needed, and got it fixed in an hour, within 24 hours of my calling. Very happy with my experience overall.
