Joe was very up front about the cost and the timeline. Once the crew started they were in and out in two half days and that included the city inspection. The service included moving the venting system to another wall, replacing the tile on the fireplace floor and tiling the wall. Also, it included replacing the siding in the location of the old vent. I did not have to worry about cleanup as they removed everything and even vacuumed the area where they were working. The price was very much in line with what I was told by other people.
