The demo and recon was done by the lowest bidder, corners cut at every turn. The parking lot is a disaster and is an accurate measurement of the depreciation of the property, you almost need 4 wheel drive to maneuver around the creators. The management has their hands full, hiring mostly based on desperation not experience with No incentives. This club is trying to sell you as a "Premier club" but only to charge "Premier" costs. It's unjustifiable. Don't be fooled, this place is Only aging and is Not a good place to invest in yourself.

They have an outdoor and an indoor cafe that has high quality ingredients and food, truly making it so you could spend your whole day here. On top of the workout classes, expansive gym, pools that make you feel like you are no longer in Omaha- but somewhere more tropical they also have a great workspace if you are looking to make a meeting right after a workout. They have a clean, well maintained locker room that allows you to shower and get ready for your day here as well. Life Time is truly like my second home. Perfect day: yoga, steam room and sauna, cafe for a protein packed smoothie, get comfortable in their work space and get power through some projects, pool with a book and a slushie, shower off and go home. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and ultimately I was the one who had to leave and cancel my membership after many years. I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. If the staff put half as much effort into doing their jobs as they do into their phones, this place might actually live up to its marketing. Billing is an absolute nightmare. They do not clearly tell you that if you don't cancel months in advance, you will not get your annual fee refunded. When you try to ask about it, no one at the front desk seems to know anything about billing at all. Instead, they send you to an outside company -- who then sends you right back to the gym. Back and forth. Over and over. No one takes responsibility, and no one can issue a refund. To make it even worse, staff will tell you they'll "call you back" and then never do. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. It's incredibly frustrating to pay monthly for a business that can't be bothered to offer basic professionalism or customer service. Planet Fitness may be cheap, but the way this place is run makes it clear why.
