The management has their hands full, hiring mostly based on desperation not experience with No incentives. This club is trying to sell you as a "Premier club" but only to charge "Premier" costs. They do not clearly tell you that if you don't cancel months in advance, you will not get your annual fee refunded. When you try to ask about it, no one at the front desk seems to know anything about billing at all. Instead, they send you to an outside company -- who then sends you right back to the gym. Back and forth. Over and over. No one takes responsibility, and no one can issue a refund. To make it even worse, staff will tell you they'll "call you back" and then never do. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. It's incredibly frustrating to pay monthly for a business that can't be bothered to offer basic professionalism or customer service.
