Grand daughter was able to find a couple pair of blue jeans for work. She's picky when it comes to blue jeans, and she's petit so that limits the selection also. She tried on 5 or 6 pairs and found 2 she liked so it wasn't too difficult. Store is extremely packed with displays so not very handicap friendly at all and no where to sit even for a second so that 's why 3 stars. There were areas I couldn't even get to with my rollator --aka walker with wheels. I could use another tshirt because I managed to pack one of my daughter's rather than one of mine. So I popped in to Old Navy to check out the offerings and see what might be worth wearing. Lots of stuff that shouts "Old Navy" across the chest. Lots of well marked down items of reasonable quality and colors that would work. The store seemed a little crowded and maybe had too much merchandise on display. Aisles were tight and if it ever got busy, there would not be enough room. great deals but one of the employees was such a brat, it made my entire experience unpleasant. Didn't hear her ask if i wanted to get a card, so she basically screamed at me "is that a no???" and looked at me like i was inconveniencing her in some way. I apologized and said i didn't hear her. She said no words to me after that. I know that she is probably unhappy to be at work but hello, it's called work for reason. maybe you shouldn't be in customer service if you're going treat the customers like garbage. I do all of the shopping for Team VP and I do my very best to buy everything I can online. Walking in to a physical store, especially a store I've never been in, can just be too much of a time suck, so shopping online is simply easier. The problem is, when I shop at a new store there is always a learning curve with sizes which translates to the dreaded in store returns and exchanges. An exchange is why Mr. MVP and I ended up at Old Navy on Saturday morning with about 600 other frantic shoppers. It was insane. Shopping at Old Navy online is quiet and fairly well organized. When we walked into Old Navy we were immediately hit by the music. We get it Old Navy, you play cool, young, hip music. Your neighbors' know what kind of music you are playing, so turn it down it a little so your shoppers can carry on a conversation. Old Navy, the store, is also overwhelmingly crowded - with stuff. There was really no specific organization besides men on the left and women on the right, either. It felt like chaos. I needed to exchange a cotton patterned button down for a smaller size and try on a cotton hoodie to potentially exchange it for a smaller size. I had checked online first to confirm that both of these items were located in the store before we left. Usually stores have their shirts together and then a common wall of jeans with pants nearby and then a grouping of sweaters and hoodies with shorts and skirts someplace close. Old Navy had everything scattered all the way down the entire store, making it impossible for us to determine where anything was. We found an employee who was very helpful (the three stars) and went out of his way to find the button down I needed and then told me the store did not carry the hoodie. He told me the website is often incorrect. He did find a similar hoodie, so I could try it on and figure out if I wanted to return the one I bought online and order a different size in store and have it shipped to my house, which was very kind of him. We went to check out and the line was unreal. There were five young women working at the check out and at any one time there were probably 30 to 40 people standing in line waiting. Team VP waited a total of 15 minutes, but I know there were people standing behind us that probably waited a lot longer. The young woman who waited on us tried, she really did try, but she seemed confused by everything. Finally, the young man who helped us in the back of the store came by and helped her scan and re-configure, so she could get things moving. When it came time for the internet order, she was just plain stumped and her other co-worker at another register took over and helped us out. We probably will never go back to Old Navy again. I'm not sure if I will ever shop there online again either. It was honestly a chore to find any natural fibers that were not plastered with the Old Navy logo. For children, Old Navy and its lower prices and super bright colors might be ideal, but for grown adults, like Team VP, it just does not work. read more

This Old Navy is hit or miss; perhaps because of staff. One time you get so much personality and genuine helpfulness and the next time the staff couldn't be more bothered to help you find something. Probably due to pricepoint; the quality of some items is also hit or miss. I will say to those interested in hitting this place up, to be prepared to be underwhelmed, with a consolation that the clothes are pretty reasonably priced. read more

This 3-star review is for this specific store, and not a reflection of the entire brand. Their floorplan does not allow for proper merchandising. Everything is really crammed, particularly the right side of the store where you have about 2 feet to squeeze through the aisle between the end cap and the wall. I've been shopping here for years and have NEVER seen this store in good condition. It is always trashed, no matter what time of day, or time of year (season). I was an employee of Old Navy for 13 years (am no longer) and so I am familiar with their merchandising standards and this store is struggling for sure. They pile things on tables like no other, creating mountains of unfolded clothing as customers try to shop. Their recovery efforts (folding tables throughout and at the end of the day) are practically non-existent. The employees on the sales floor need better training and most of the time I am not greeted on the sales floor, either because there is no one actually on the sales floor, or they just don't care). Having been in their shoes for many years, I expect better when I shop at Old Navy, however this is the only one within an hour, so I do continue to shop here because I like their styles and prices. read more

So I'm not a clothing store fan. I'm especially not a clothing store fan during Christmas season. I was given the the task of exchanging a belt for a smaller size. I pretty quickly made it into the right area of the store but could notmans the belts. I quickly found an associate and she took me right to where I needed to be. Once I found the new belt I stood in the checkout for quite a while, but that's just the Christmas season. The associate was very quick to check me out and very friendly. If I had one complaint it would be that the checkout was a bit small and when people brought carts through it made a total logjam. read more

My wife and I often find ourselves visiting Old Navy during the holidays for gift shopping. They have some great original clothing that is hard to find in other places. They often have a unique selection of winter clothiing which we like a lot. All in all, it is a fun store. They have more of a youthful clientele for a lot of their products, but there are many other items for everyone else as well. read more

My wife and I stopped here on a Saturday during an thier 40% off storewide sale. We were attempting to find some new "winter wear". The staff members were friendly and eager to help. We did end up with a couple of nice sweaters at great prices. Nice Store. read more

I love Old Navy's flip flops... I have bought some other places and they never hold up like Old Navy! I don't shop there for much else anymore... but their prices are good and the store is nice! read more
