Mom-n-law had a roof leak. After checking it out, we found a few more issues that needed attention. We called around and got a few estimates. I believe JCR Roofing was our third call, yet Victor was the first out (the other two couldn't be there for one and two weeks). After his inspection, wrapped in a nice professional package, he presented us 3 options to choose from. We scheduled the job 30 days out with the possibility of an earlier start. They ended up fitting us between jobs and kicked a** on mom's roof. They had a little more to do than we had hoped and still knocked the job out in one day. What a laugh, and Mike, the salesman from West Coast has called us four times asking if we are ready to get our roof replaced, after I told him it had already been done back in April. I could not be happier with the work that Jose, Victor, and the entire crew of JCR have done for us. We needed our two outdoor decks and an additional railing repainted, a difficult task because our house sits on a steep slope. They showed up exactly when they said they would every time, from the appointment for a quote to the daily work. They took great care to sand and pressure wash before putting down the stain, even going so far as to repair some damaged wood with putty (an extra trip to the hardware store) without a second thought. They came back after the work was all done. I'd already paid, but they went outside with a can of stain and a ladder to touch up areas they felt needed extra attention. Jose, Victor and their crew did a great job. They started fast, finished a really huge roof, well a big one and 3 smaller, in a few days. It was cold and sometimes raining and they got it done. IM happy as hell to have this finished and I feel confident, if anything should arise, I can call them to check it out. Also their price was fair. They couldnt start immediately because it was raining and snowing but, Jose got on the roof to patch a small leak in the meantime and ended up putting up shingle patches in a few spots, wherever looked bad. Our roof was old and shingles were on the lawn after a few windy days so it was good to get someone quick. They were also responsive and answered any questions and concerns I had. I would use them again. It cost what we agreed to in the beginning. Were very happy. It was only a couple weeks from quote to being finished. JCR Roofing recently replaced our roof. We had three roofing companies do an estimate. We are so glad we selected JCR Roofing!! Victor came out and did an estimate, with all the information we wanted. They offered us three different roofing plans, Good, Better, and Best. Based on the cost, we selected the "Better". With that, all the materials were upgraded, with plenty of shingle options. They had a crew of four, with a two layer tear off, and had it done in three days. The whole crew was friendly and helpful. I noticed that my 16 year roof had shingles with exposed fiberglass in the fall, not an ideal time to get a new roof (as well as an unexpected cost). I called several roofers for quotes in our area with the need to get it done before all the rain returned. The crew showed up a little earlier than scheduled, which was great, and worked all day & evening to complete the job: an entire roof in one day! They provided photos of before, during and after the work, since the roof is high up on a row house and is impossible to see. And finally, cleaned up everything spotlessly after finishing. Of course, one of the big reasons we had the roof done was that there was leak into our kitchen for 10 years, so we'll have to wait till the fall rains arrive in order to verify there is no more leak. We had a great walk through with victor where we were given our options for the roof. The bid was great and we were scheduled for about a month out. Two days later he said he could fit us on the schedule That week. So the week we received our bid we also got a new roof which was wonderful! Everyone came in with masks and were nice and organized. I dealt with Victor and his crew to inspect a mysterious leak we had in a bay window. Within a matter of minutes he had identified the source of the leak, and gave us very reasonable price options on replacing the affected area or the entire section of the roof. Then, unsolicited, after replacing the shingles, he volunteered that he wanted to go back and do some additional caulking. He did so promptly, and the window no longer leaks. I cannot believe that my new roof went off without a hitch! it was done faster than anticipated, the cost was right on and the employees were all very professional and friendly at the same time.
