The gutter company came out and told me I would be best off with K style gutters for my home and recommended clean outs for the downspouts. The bid came in higher than expected but I really wanted to change out my gutters. My neighbor my bid and said he knew a guy. That guy was Vadim and I gave him a call and got my bid within an hour. Vadim explained to me that the bid I got from the other company was usually for commercial applications and it wasn't necessary. Vadim gave me a bid that matched my original cost estimation. I went with Vadim for several reasons. He was quick to respond, didn't try to up sale me and was local. A week later my gutters are installed, the old ones hauled away and they look gorgeous. Their service was worthy of coming back to leave the review! They had given us a very reasonable quote for gutters on our small cabin at Lake Merwin. They came out and did the job quickly with great care and quality. My husband had cut a hole in the deck at each end of the cabin to have the runoff drain under the deck rather than on top. They took care to install the downspouts to where they would fit into the holes in the deck. I don't remember all details of the job they did, but I do remember their quality of work was impressive enough to want to come back a few years later to leave the review! A critical piece of the system is the connection between the gutter and drainage tubes. This part in no longer available as near as I can tell. An example of his helpfulness was when he pointed out a couple of screens were a little warped, which I would not have known if he hadn't told me.
