Usually you pay that for one. The staff is super friendly but reasons for cutting down on the rating is the wait time in the lines for pick up and I have tried the curbside pick up as well, and that has taken me even more longer. Most of the staff there is knowledgeable, if not they will find a person to answer your question. Home depot is one of the leaders in building supplies. I chose them over a competitor twenty-five miles closer to me because of their reputation for honest dealing and skilled service technicians. Over the past twenty years, I have found this to be the case. I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine).
