We ordered carne asada, birria, al pastor, jalapeño poppers, and quesadillas, and JC also provided really delicious homemade salsas, chips, beans, and rice. Everyone loved it, from toddlers to adults, and several guests asked for me his info. I don't know how he served food for 50+ people all by himself, but he did, and he made it look easy too! This is the second time my family hired JC to cater a party. The first was my uncles retirement party and yesterday JC returned for a 1st birthday party. I'm in awe of his ability to manage serving so many people (50+) all at once... he makes it look effortless. Then he packages everything up at the end in nice containers. What sets JC apart is the quality of the food. Everything is fresh and homemade including the chips (which are phenomenal). His pico de gallo is the best I've ever had. This is something I normally don't do but the taco caterers where I have tried their food and grabbed cards from other parties had some unfavorable yelp reviews.
