The tip of my hubs fishing reel broke off recently during a trip. He said he might be able to cut it and "repair" it for him. We purchased the kit and Troy did his magic. My hubs is definitely pleased. Seems to be a lot of employees walking around but none seem to be engaging with the customers. I walked around the apparel section many times. Saw employees. They were talking amongst each other. But no one to say hello or asked if i needed anything. Ended up finding my own sizes and going to ask for price checks on my own. A few clothing items were misplaces even though that SAME selectin was all on one arm with the sign displaying, but the cashier wouldnt honor it even though I showed her the picture. I wasn't going to fuss with her, I ended up not purchasing it. Do better! This location we may not frequent but might try another location and hope to have better service and luck.

Nice thing is the events are open to the public. I like the action bays that allow you train in a more dynamic manner. Taking a class before using the specialty ranges ups the safety factor. Most guys are friendly out there and if you join and can shoot mid week it is a ghost town. If you shoot once a month it is worth the process to get he top tier experience without the danger of getting flagged by every yahoo showing of for his gal.

Bought a replica C96 broom handle holster from RTI via eBay. Description said that some slight work…read moremight have to be done to make the gun fit. Wrong. The inside height needs to be increased by at least 1/4 inch. The steel rail on the end of the holster that slides into the groove on the grip is too wide, needs to be filed or ground down. This is not "slight work. I can't do it, especially the metal work. I sent the seller a message explaining the problems and attached photos. Then I opened an eBay return request 2 days after not hearing from the seller. The seller refused the return request, yet later told me that she never said I couldn't return the holster. Next I made a BBB complaint, having found others against RTI, with RTI responding to them. I asked as a resolution that the seller contact me via eBay. She did, but then asked me twice to contact her outside of eBay, which eBay doesn't allow. She also lied in her reply to the BBB, told them that I could have called them (how? eBay doesn't give out phone numbers and doesn't allow it), said I filed the BBB complaint right after sending her the eBay message about problems, with photos attached, not true. She said she'd ask her boss about a partial refund and never did, never mentioned it again even after I reminded her about it. She suggested an exchange, sending me a "larger" holster, but the holsters aren't sized. Finding a "larger one" would be a lucky chance thing and I didn't want to end up right back where I am now. Finally after ignoring more messages from me and refusing to reply to simple questions like, "Is a partial refund still possible?", she told me to return it for a refund at my expense, end of story. As she refused my return request I couldn't make another one and didn't want to make a return outside of eBay, with no eBay buyer protection. Nice looking holster for $180 plus that does NOT work with a C96 Mauser unless you do a lot of work on it. Seller refused an eBay return, didn't reply to initial messages, ignored simple questions, said she'd ask her boss about a partial refund but never did, asked me to resolve the problem outside of eBay. Based on other feedback for RTI left here, on reddit and elsewhere, my experience is not singular.

I did not receive a message advising me of an order number. I have called numerous times and so far have not spoken to a Live person. They have not called or text me a single time. I am feeling like this is a fraud committed by them.
