My husband and I bought a house with my mother - the transaction went so wrong because something he did and we almost lost the house At the table! Luckily my realtor was able to help out the situation. On top of this... The way he spoke to us was Demeaning, he treated us like we were unintelligent and my mother mentioned to us that he said something a little racist toward Asians. We made the decision to Never work with him after that. For years and Years after this, we asked him to stop contacting us- Over and Over- We unsubscribed from his marketing emails, called every supervisor he's had for 10 YEARS to let us know that he was still harassing us, and I even changed my email. Still, I somehow get emails from him - he purposely is harassing me and my husband. He refuses to believe he did anything wrong and REFUSES to ACCEPT that WE ARE NOT HIS CLIENTS!! Our home was stuck at a high interest rate and we wanted to refinance and (ideally) get a home equity loan for a few repairs.
