It was just to make sure they had the vapes and products I needed, what the prices were, and the time their business was open-- everything was answered totally and pleasantly by a nice lady who was also the worker I interacted with at the store. She was knowledgeable and had answered any questions I had and I left with everything I had hoped for and also a couple things I just didn't realize they supplied when going in, but I needed anyway. My second time was with who I think was the owner and he was also a friendly and informative salesperson. We chatted about knives and the products that were on the shelves when you walk in. I got to check out some of the knives and had to stop myself from getting any because of their pricing. I got to meet a number of the members of the lounge and they are a fantastic group of people!! The difference was night and day. I was greeted by a guy that honestly wanted to help me get on the proper path and had a great attitude I told him I knew nothing about cigars and needed to know how to get into it.
