About 10 minutes before closing, an employee (a Black woman working that evening) rudely said, "Alright, you have to go to the register if you're even going to buy anything; if not, you need to get out. We're closed." I was dressed nicely, quietly shopping, and causing no trouble, so her attitude was completely uncalled for. What's worse is that, I felt discriminated against because I was speaking both Spanish and English to my spouse, as if she assumed I was "just another immigrant" who might cause trouble--which I am not and even if I was, she shouldn't be acting in such a way. I understand holiday shifts can be stressful, but there's no excuse for this behavior. I prefer the Forever 21 location in La Cantera much better than this one.
