But I knew their specialty was patios and landscaping, so we reached out when we were ready to do more with our backyard. They've been super booked this summer, but were able to fit us in. The concrete patio they installed looks incredible. We love the space it created for our kids to play and for us to enjoy. It's so nice to have a space outdoors where we can entertain and be proud of how it looks. During the patio process, they let us bring our own drawings and ideas to the table, and guided us according to the best practices they know so well. They went over and above, allowing us to add some additional space and came back to add sod in some places where the yard grade had changed and drainage needed to be adjusted. Both at no extra cost. Cole and his team know their stuff, they're honest, fair, upfront and who I'll call for any landscaping needs.

We had to scramble to pick out the color that was comparable in cost to the initial quote; there was some damage to the door trim that he did not want to repair (but did do it reluctantly); we also have hardwood floor damage now from the water seeping underneath the door at the time of the concrete cleanup which will cost us another $2000 to get this repaired.....

He agreed to do the work the way we discussed. The first problem was getting him out here, he has a lot of excuses. And when they finally got here, they did the job, but not the way we talked about. They were supposed to move posts on the gate to make the gate fit right? Well they didn't wanna move the posts because it was too hard. Hey, that's what we agreed to do!! I guess the bottom line is he wouldn't fix the gates. He cut one gate off completely instead of moving the post and then he hung the gate crooked broke the spring so now it is not self closing. He still has touchup to do and a gate to redo. when I discussed this with him, he did not care that they didn't do the work the way we agreed walked off the job. Haven't seen him since their work is not up to par, they tell you one thing they do whatever they want. this company is unethical and dishonest from the owner down to the workers. I would not use this company again, and I urge others to do you research.
