I've been a customer of Terra Turf for a little over three years and have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I had them doing mowing services bi-weekly and they always came on their scheduled day; if they weren't able to make it out (usually due to weather), they would show up the following day. They offer many other lawn services , such as flowerbed weeding, mulch, etc. The guys are quick and efficient and do a great job cleaning up afterward as well. I recently had to cancel my service with them because I'm moving out of state, but if I was staying in the Dallas area I would definitely keep them as my lawn service providers. read more

Would not recommend Terra Turf Lansdscape as I used them for several months until I found that they cut the grass of my rental property in the dead of winter when my grass did not need cutting (it was brown) & without my authorization. They charged my credit card but they never send receipts so the owner does not find out about it until you get your credit card statement and even then the charge maybe overlooked on the statement. I called Matt to complain and he was extremely rude over the phone, not the same Mr. Nice Guy that I initially dealt with when deciding whether to hire them over other landscape companies. They require your credit card on file (refuse to accept checks) so this is just a set-up to get ripped-off as they can charge your credit card after an unauthorized yard mowing in the dead of winter when their business is slow. read more

NEGATIVE 5 Star Rating **AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ** Matt: in response to your reply on the NEGATIVE 5 star rating that Terra Turf Landscape earned because of your poor management: Read the 1 star ratings for this place and understand that they are all true. According to your records, you waived one visit fee without anyone asking for it. That equals to about $1 and some change per visit. Thanks so much for that Matt, very generous. All you really had to do was admit that the crew was not performing adequately and correct the lack of "service," but instead, you decided to ignore the facts and dodge responsibility. Accountability Matt, accountability. All the crew had to do was do their job that you were charging customers for. Nothing more and nothing less. The pictures you asked me to send you, because you said you didn't believe what you were hearing, were clear evidence that the crew continued to ignore the facts and cut corners. You and/or Stacy made more excuses when you received the pictures. That Matt is dodging responsibility. Prospective customers: **AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS** I'm sure you can read that Matt's response displays that he is still in denial and trying to flip the onus on the customer who calls them out for poor service. Anyone that does that should not receive a chance to perform any type of service for you. You deserve better. Like I said before, don't be fooled by the reviews that Matt calls "five star reviews." Terra turf has provided us with an excellent lawn mowing service for several years. We recently hired them for a drainage project to address erosion issues in our yard. Matt provided us with a very competitive quote and worked with us to make sure that all our needs were met. His crew showed up on time, dug trenches, installed PVC pipe, tied it to downspouts, and routed it to the street. The crew cleaned up the site after the job was completed. Then system has worked wonderfully through this wet weather season. We will hire them for future landscaping and drainage jobs. read more

I hired this company to sod my front lawn and the whole experience was a disaster. From one homeowner to another hire someone else. There are plenty of companies who should be able to sod your lawn this most certainly is not the one. Don't hire them and go through what I went through. read more

They have done a fantastic job and we are now going to use them for our weekly mowing service.
