Good customer service but terrible iPhone replacement parts. Had my screen replaced here and the battery on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. First I got my screen replaced then the battery wouldn't hold a charge so I went back and they said they'd look at it and then told me that the battery wasn't good so I had them replace it too. The new screen was showing dead pixels in the middle after a few days and the battery after 3 weeks decides to no longer hold charge either and the phone dies and shows 10% battery Good customer service just cheap part replacements read more

I recently brought in my iPad to replace a cracked screen that was cause by me mishandling it, I could have gotten an upgrade device at a cost of over $700 to my employer. Instead i spent a little over $100 to fix my device. Their repair pricing was VERY reasonable. I got a call a few hours later that my iPad was done and ready for pickup, they even cleaned it up for me. I would also like to add that they didn't try to up sale me extra junk that I didn't need. I first called the business and spoke with Daisy to get a quick quote on what it would cost to replace the screen to my iPhone XR (My screen was not cracked however black splotches appeared on my screen before it went blank). I was given a hassle free quote, which was far less expensive than what other competitors had quoted me. I met with Daisy and explained to her what went wrong with my iPhone screen. She was very polite and she explained the process on fixing the issue. The phone screen was replaced that same day and fairly quick. She even added a screen protector at no extra charge. So I went in last week with my twin girls to jd wireless and I was really impressed by the female employee you know not only did she do a good job repairing my cell phone she actually did it correctly , I PREVIOUSLY had gone to "cpr" and that dude always leaves an edge of the cell phone all crooked . I was so frustrated that the screen on my IPhone X cracked again yesterday and went black today. It created a big inconvenience for me professionally. I was so happy that I tried this IPhone shop; they were able to repair it efficiently as I waited and for a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent. Daisy was the name of the person who helped me; she was very knowledgeable and also assisted me in finding a new case and putting on a glass cover- to prevent future damages to the screen.
