This is a fairness update. Why? Because after a lot of time passed, I opted to call these folks, giving benefit of the doubt regearding what can often be nobody's fault when it comes to email. I must say, the knowledge and honesty I experienced were top shelf! After I explained my concerns with my flat screen, rather than try to set me up with a "well we'll look at it and see that's going on" usually for a fee of course, I was advised my best most logical and affordable action would be to go shop for a new one. So, 5 stars all around. Integrity is fast becoming a lost art. Happy to know it's alive and well here at Alltronics. My first contact with this company was so, so good. They showed when they were suppose to, great price and great service. Then......a couple of days later there is something different the matter with the tv. I call and reassured that they will return to get the tv. Never happens. I spend eight months making calls when I remember to do it because this is a tv that we have now replaced. Nothing! Finally a week ago they answer the phone and promise to come on Saturday between 11 and 11:30. They show up at 6. Look at tv and promise to come back on Monday to get it. Here I am a week later and no such luck. UPDATE: Business owner addressed my concerns, provided excellent service to fix the issues and has made good on his promise. My television works perfectly! My NAD C370 was having trouble lately, with the left channel cutting out occasionally. I was using a toothpick to nudge the connection, from the vent holes, to keep the music flowing. Eventually it became too much of a hassle and was interfering with my music listening. So, I took a chance with Adrian, based on a good review by someone with a Cary amp. Well, I've been listening to my amp for a couple of hours now and no left channel problem! Yeah! Good job Adrian! He told he he soldered two connectors and found two resistors that needed soldering. Tried to get Geek when painters yanked out cable on theater system. We had two bare wire ends, no connector, and no idea. We are technology illiterates. Geek was a week out. Tried Adrian Diaz: he came out the next day - on SUNDAY! He was prompt, courteous and fixed it in a jiffy. He adjusted our surround sound speakers (totally pointing in the wrong directions) and adjusted tv settings for the surround system. It didn't sound right since it was installed by an "expert". We now have a sound system that works as it should. THEN, Adrian installed the outdoor antenna for the Sirius system in our barn which was broken during roof repair. His bill was very reasonable - we would have been charged at least twice more from Geek with about half the attention, and would have waited a week besides. read more
