In the 2005 model, it's a good idea to get the water pump done and save on labor costs later and they also replaced instead of just inspected some of the internals where most places try to cut end costs to the customer there. They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right.
