When taking it to another mechanic, he told me that my oil was really dirty considering that you just recently did the oil change two weeks ago so that wasn't something I would want to hear. Not to say my car needs the work, (because before you even started the work, you gave me a car fax report on all the issues which i thought was "pushy". I think you could've done a better job addressing the reason for my initial visit....oil leak - not the other (100) reasons.

Honest prices , Walt's goes above and beyond to get you the quality poor while saving you time and money! When they tell you your car will be ready , IT WILL be ready, if there is a delay, they will call you and update you! If there is anything pressing that they run into while servicing your initial needs, they will respectfully call you, inform you about the pros and cons, how much time you have until you can delay the service, letting you know if the vehicle is safe to drive, won't cause any other issues, etc...This staff operates by a system, they keep LOGS of EVERYTHING!! In total we bring three cars to be serviced at Walt's and I am so appreciative of this team! We all know a business must operate with cohesiveness, so I don't know if all of them are family , friends, or whatever, but so far they've been able to keep some great mechanics in business.
