Same with the one by my back steps. Luckily I stopped them from doing the same to that one Also, they cut my crepe myrtle way down while it was full of buds because it hadn't yet bloomed. There were different crews all the time so there was no consistency. When the beds were to be weeded and mulched, the mulch was just thrown on top of weeds. It appeared nice but close up you could see the weeds. The last couple weeks it appeared the lawn wasn't cut in some areas. The deal breaker was last week when the front lawn was cut but the back wasn't. We contacted the owner to question why. He said he would look into it... he called back and said his worker talked to us, which he did not (Turns out he spoke to our neighbor, who is also looking for a new company). We said we didn't speak to your worker, he said he was inclined to believe his employee that had been with him a while, basically calling us a liar. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Don't waste your time.

First, when we decided to have a playset installed for our kids and have our front yard redone after terrible winter storm damage (removing ruined shrubs, dying trees, replacing with new shrubs and flowers, fixing and re-edging all garden beds, and mulching), we called 5+ landscape design companies. Carlos was one of only 3 to call us back to schedule an estimate. He was one of 2 to show up when he said he would. He listened closely to our needs, asked questions to be sure he understood our goals, and educated us about materials and options available that greatly improved the overall plan. He was the only landscaper to provide the estimate on the timeline he had promised, gave the most detailed estimate, and it was significantly more affordable than the others received. Once work began Carlos and team showed up on time every day, clearly communicated what they would be working on, and worked incredibly hard each day no matter the weather. On a day with thunderstorms they were working both before and after the rain, unlike many companies which would have "called it a day." They cleaned up every day, going so far as to wash dirt off my driveway! The day before the playset assembly they worked until sunset to ensure I wouldn't have to reschedule assembly. When the assembly team came (a separate non-local company chosen by the manufacturer) they told me my landscaper had used very high quality materials and were very impressed with the quality of work, saying it was very rare for them to see site preparation done so professionally. When I told them what I had paid, they were amazed and said the wished All Good was local to them so they could recommend them, that I would have been crazy not to go with them. Now that All Good just returned to finish the playground mulch our yard looks like an advertisement for the playset company! I will absolutely be calling them for all future landscaping needs, including fall and spring clean up and lawn mowing. This is the single best experience I have had as a homeowner with a contractor. Caruso's answered the phone and right away gave me a time for an estimate in just an hour's time. He was there on time (even a little early), gave me a reasonable price quote for the job, and were actually able to get out later that afternoon to get the tree re-rooted and well secured. Would absolutely recommend and will call them back in the future when I need tree or landscaping work taken care of.
