Reached out to a lot of different companies to clean our carpet and Aaron offered the most competitive pricing. I encourage people to shop around since there doesn't seem to be a consistent rate across the board. I also appreciated Aaron's flat rates, which made it easier as some companies charge you by the sqft and number of stairs. Since most of the time is setup and it literally doesn't take that much effort to do a slightly larger room (e.g. think of vacuuming a 4x6 vs 8x10 rug), I appreciated the flat rates. I was a bit hesitant at first since his quotes were about 1/2 of what others were charging. As a reference for those interested, 3 bedrooms, hallways, 2 sets of stairs and a rug cost $200. For a sofa sectional and chaise, it would be $240 or or $180. He recommended 4-6 hours for it to dry. However, after seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to proceed. We communicated via Yelp. Our carpets weren't too dirty, but it did look cleaner afterwards! There were some dye stains on the rug that he said he couldn't get out, which was a bummer. Overall, I can't speak on the quality compared to others for deep cleaning, but overall for the price, I was satisfied. read more
