Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The team did not clean thoroughly and did not move sofas, tables, or even small carpets to clean underneath. During the cleaning, they also broke my planter stand. To their credit, they did send another person on a different day to clean up the mess around the planter stand and stairs, which I appreciated. However, overall, the quality of work did not justify the additional amount charged after the inspection. The service did not include kitchen cleaning, yet I was still charged extra. At first, PS Pro seemed fine; the first couple of visits were solid. I was tempted to even write a nice review. But the quality took a noticeable decline and they seem dishonest or at best disorganized. By the third clean, they sent one cleaner who just did not vacuum at all. I gave direct feedback and specifically asked for a team of two to guarantee that the vacuuming would actually happen. PS apologized and agreed, but our camera footage showed that again, one cleaner showed up and did not vacuum. Pricing was confusing too. They advertised $140 "after a 10% discount" (so the math: $155 is the original price), but after the first clean, I was charged $180 and told $180 was actually the original price. Finally, they are very persistent about payment, insisting on same-day payment with a follow up the next day if you don't respond. Other cleaners I've used provide invoices with due dates. PS Pro mentioned they were developing an automated invoicing system, but I had yet to hear any updates on this. They will not send Zelle or Venmo requests either, meaning you are responsible for sanity checking that it's to the right business and sending it on their aggressive timeline. And honestly, they have some nerve being this demanding about payment when they didn't perform the most basic part of a standard cleaning job. read more

I reached out through Yelp to find a cleaning service for Thursday at 11:30 AM. Several companies responded, but I decided to go with this one. After confirming, they asked if 12 PM would be okay instead -- I agreed. The day before the appointment, they reached out again asking to move the time to 3 PM. I let them know that wouldn't work, as I had mentioned earlier I needed to leave by 2 PM. They said that was fine and confirmed the 12 PM time. Unfortunately, four minutes before noon on the day of the cleaning, they canceled and asked if they could come in the evening -- well outside the window I had made clear from the beginning. They stayed until they completed everything we asked of them: they deep cleaned the entrance areas, a bathroom, degreased the kitchen cabinets and hood. I also loved that the little touches like a bow on our paper towel roll or folding our dish towel. Our stainless steel appliances are gleaming! Got a quote on less than 10 minutes through yelp. $240 was the rate for a 2 br / 2 ba ~ 1100 square feet. We added balcony cleaning for another $25. We got in contact and literally had cleaners come 2 days later on a Saturday morning. They took around 5 hours and did an amazing job throughout. It was totally worth the price and they did not charge us extra like other places in the past due to all the dog hair. The team did a wonderful job vacuuming and mopping. The bathrooms were spotless! It was easy to contact them through text and pay through Zelle / Venmo. We literally just spent the morning / afternoon in half moon bay while they did their magic. I appreciated dealing with Patricia with PS Pro Services to arrange for cleaning of our home 2 bdrm, 1.5 baths of about 1,150 sq feet. She was responsive and timely in arranging for a cleaner to come to our home. The cleaner Geruza was kind and cooperative. She came on time and was good about understanding the cleaning that we desired. She spoke mostly only Portuguese but we communicated via Google translate. We don't wear shoes in the home so only wanted mopping with water so that the floors wouldn't feel sticky. We also only wanted her to only use the cleaning products that we provided and she was good about that as well. Later we noticed some areas in our bedroom floor still looked dusty and unmopped and she redid those areas and was apologetic. We've used a few different cleaners in the past and we know that no cleaner is perfect, there will always be a few spots missed here and there, or other issues. We experienced the same here in which Geruza left several patches of wet spots on our large area rug in the living room (which should not get wet, only vacuumed), maybe because she got water on it from mopping the floor onto the carpet. In any case, we were okay with that as she also cleaned out unexpected areas, such as the enty into the kitchen drain. So overall, Geruza did a good job and had a nice disposition as well. read more

I am so disappointed as I had prepped my apartment for their arrival and made sure I was going to be home, all for nothing. They quote you a lower price to get you in the door and change the pricing once you are about to book. I used them for deep cleaning of my apartment after constructions. They would step on my furniture without asking. The person who's communicating with you doesn't know how to communicate nicely. He's extremely rude and grouchy. Do not recommend them. read more

They sent 2 cleaners who were very professional and were done in about 2 hours. They helped us clean the stovetop and microwave as well. Our appointment was for 9am and they didn't arrive until 10:30am but understandably the previous appointment probably took a bit longer. Only use this company if you have a messy house that needs moderate cleaning. I asked for a deep clean for a studio, told the scheduler that the tenant's apartment was in bad shape, hadn't been cleaned for a few years. They agreed to a price and to come the next day. After showing the two cleaners the space (bathroom, kitchen, great room), I get a text saying the crew refuses to clean as it's in "serious condition" and has rats. (There were mouse traps set years ago under a bed but no rats.) Thus leaving me in a lurch as the tenant was coming back from surgery the next day. So they may be great cleaners, but unwilling to take on difficult projects. Update: after the two cleaners walked out and refused service, this company said they could do it for double the price ($440) and were looking for someone else for the next day, which I approved since the tenant was coming home from surgery in two days. After nearly 2 hours of no response, I looked elsewhere and found an excellent team that did a fantastic cleaning the next day for $270. After telling this company that I found another cleaner, they texted hours later and said they had found someone if I was still interested (which I wasn't).
