This business should not be operating. They towed my brand-new vehicle, caused over $8,000 in…read moredamages, and at first agreed they would cover it. But the moment they saw the estimate, everything changed. They lied, stalled, cursed at us, yelled, pretended they couldn't communicate, and even denied that there was an owner of the business. Because of them, I went weeks without a car, missed work, and lost income, while they dragged things out and refused to take responsibility. We had to involve insurance and take legal action, and thankfully the case was resolved in my favor. I have full documentation: photos, estimates, invoices, even proof of them admitting their fault on multiple occasions and now because of how badly they treated us and my loss of time at work .. court paperwork. I've also reported them to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). And I urge anyone reading this after me to do the same as it's just a matter of time before they are forced to shut down from malpractice. This isn't just a bad business, it's a dangerous one. I wouldn't trust them with so much as a bicycle, let alone a car. Stay far away, and if you've already had issues with them, document EVERYTHING, you'll need it.
