This vehicle has over 270k miles on it and the original heater hose blew after picking my daughter up from Langham Creek HS. I was able to get there just as the temperature pegged the gage. Diagnosed that morning and had to order parts. The idle had to wait until that was fixed. Ended up being the throttle control sensor again. 4th one for this truck, as I found out by research, it's the most common replaced part for this model. The first 2 they got were faulty. 3rd was the charm and it's running smoothly again. Great work guys!

The invoice only shows the total cost for each service as a whole, making it impossible for customers to see exactly what they are paying for. That is not being transparent or honest with customers. I discovered the parts prices and the labor charges through a link they had sent me. At the time they sent it, it only showed the totals, just like the printed invoice they gave me. However, a few days later, the same link displayed much more detailed information. If they were truly honest, they would provide customers with the complete breakdown from the beginning instead of only partial information that leaves customers uninformed and makes it difficult to understand exactly what they are being charged for.

Cherry Park went downhill. I took my car to a shop owned by a family friend while I was out of town…read morebecause one of my tires started losing air while driving there. They found a nail and said the tires were fine and didn't need replacing. They patched the hole. The patch they used wasn't the right size it turns out, and when I got back to Houston I went to Cherry Park to have it repaired with the correct sized patch. They told me my tires were all cracked and worn and I needed to replace all four. I wasn't going to do that. They're a little over a year old and I was JUST told by someone I trust that they were still good, but the one just had the nail in it. So when I picked it up, there was a warning light beeping and blinking saying my tailgate was open. I opened and closed it, turned the car off and back on and the light was still flashing. I went back inside and told the guy at the front who responded with "yeah I just saw that when I brought it up". If you saw that, why did you just hand me the key and say it was good to go? They took it back and kept it overnight to figure out what happened. My husband went to pick it up today and it was fine at first but then basically every warning light and sensor the car has started blinking and beeping. I'm taking it elsewhere to be fixed for real this time and I wont be going back. When Will worked at the front desk, he was honest about when we actually needed work on our cars and when we didn't. Since he left, the shop hasn't been the same.
