They displaced me for almost two months, and refused to repair the water damage done to frozen pipes (which they should have fixed well before I moved in, or at the very least after the first winter when I reported frozen pipes not once, but twice) in a timely fashion. In addition, the property manager was late getting me my security deposit refund, making up extra hoops I needed to jump through that were not in the lease. She also did not give me my full deposit, which she had previously said (in writing) she would give me, nor did she provide me an invoice for the "cleaning" that had to be done. This company is complete and utter rubbish, and I would strongly advise not using them to seek housing.
