Chemicals and pesticides are forced down these gentle animals throats via tubes. They are tethered and forced to inhale lethal chemical vapors through full face masks. Surgeries are done without anesthesia. Today, alternatives are available to predict human reactions more accurately without using live animals. How hypocritical it is of Petland to claim to care for pets while at the same time supporting Marshall - all for money. As an animal lover, I ask you to discontinue selling these products and live up to what you company claims to support.

I was sent home with a couple cans of the hills digestive diet canned dog and was told I could purchase some more. Apparently for this specific dog food you need a prescription which I did not know or provided with. They have the cans on the sales floor, and it wasn't until I got to the counter that I was informed about the prescription. The team member Chloe was extremely rude and was practically yelling at me about a prescription. I'm thinking that she could have handled things a little differently rather than screeching and repeating herself over and over again about a prescription that I was never aware that I needed. If you people at Petco require a prescription to sell certain dog foods to customers, then they should have proper signage in place, or have it stocked behind the counter where customers can't just pick them up.

Vetco techs and doctor was straight to the point, listened to me and didn't overly act like they cared until $$ came into play.
