He was very warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Before my appointment, he took the time to review my intake forms and knew areas of concern and what I was looking for with my massage. We discussed my frequent running and tight legs, and he designed a massage specifically targeting my areas of concern. I left not feeling bruised or sore like other deep tissue massages I've had in the past. The manipulation was firm, but also involving limb movement to get into the fascia more deeply.
