When I asked for a recommendation on where to buy a 3ft hero this place came highly recommended. I ordered the Half American and Half Italian 3ft hero 2 days before I needed it. Once I put the sandwiches out less then 5 minutes it's was gone. The next day my guest called me and asked where did I get the hero from. It's something about that bread. I couldn't get enough of the bread. That's how good the hero was. It also came with a pound of coleslaw, potato salad and macaroni salad. I highly recommend this place and this will definitely be my new 3 or 6ft hero spot. Since ordering the hero we have been back for breakfast sandwiches and just regular sized hero. I heard the muffins are also good. I will update this review when I try one and the egg sandwich read more

For a first visit to Long Island, Jeco's Deli was a great place to eat! The staff was super friendly and patient with our bigger sized group and offered plenty of delicious suggestions! Simply the best deli in town. Staff is friendly and professional and the owners are always present. They know most of us by name and say hello when you walk in the door too. No one does that anymore! They go the extra mile and it shows in their food and service. It's a real NY Deli that the rest of the country is jealous of because they mostly don't have deli's anything like this. I HIGHLY recommend their breakfast egg sandwiches. That is a staple in my diet, especially on weekends. They also make great hero's. It's now 9:15 am Saturday morning and I heading there shortly. The New York deli experience is off to a go start after stopping at Jeco's. Great little shop with very nice employees and even nicer food. I got a healthy choice #2 which included honey turkey, egg whites, low sodium cheese and a choice of wrap (I got tomato basil). I also got hash browns because why not? They were good but slightly over cooked. My buddy got one of the specialty sandwiches and it was really good but I don't remember which one. He got the hero bread option too. Solid value here, I would definitely visit again. Very good food for a good price is hard to find. read more

Driving through the area for a doctors appointment and my daughter wanted an egg sandwich. Who am I to say no? Confession: I wanted one also :-) Found this small nearby deli located in a small strip of stores with ample parking. The inside looked very clean and well kept. The ladies working the register were extremely polite. She ordered a scrambled egg, bacon and cheese on a roll and I ordered a sausage , scrambled egg and extra cheese on a roll. The sandwiches were prepared promptly and they were both delicious. They came with a choice of coffee, tea, orange juice, cranberry juice or fruit punch. We actually came here by accident thinking it was something else, but everything happens for a reason! This place surpassed expectations completely. The exterior and interior aren't exactly "impressive" but the staff, pricing, & food were. -Buffalo Bullet: 5/5, delicious. Flavorful & stacked. It came with a drink & 1/4lb of salad as well for $12. Great price for the size. -Chicken Caprese Sandwich: 4/5, definitely a nice portion size but we had asked for balsamic dressing on it and they forgot so the sandwich was dry. I haven't even eaten here yet, but I read this review so I'm giving them 5 stars because George K is clearly a pretentious douchebag who thinks HIS opinion is the only one that matters and everyone else's opinion must be biased. I have a confession to make. I live walking distance to Jeco's and have just started recently coming here. I moved into the neighborhood 9 years ago. I know...I'm hanging my head in shame. I love Jeco's!! It's a small deli right next to a computer repair place (it might be called computer hospital or something like that?) and Maria's. It's small but well stocked and the food is delicious. Everyone that works there is super friendly and I never have to wait very long for service or my food! read more

I was excited to stop by this deli since it was by my house and the reviews looked promising. The deli is a small restaurant that doesn't look like much. My fiancé and I both asked for a Long Island classic, bacon egg and cheese on a role. The sandwiches came out dry, plain and just sad. Would not come again. read more

Love this deli. The employees are all so nice and friendly. Their egg sandwiches are AMAZING. Best around. My kids love going in because of the decor (Funko pops and figurines all around). Their coffee is tasty, and they make sure to brew decaf fresh as they told me it doesn't keep fresh tasting for too long after being brewed. One visit the decaf had been sitting for awhile and they insisted on brewing a new pot to make mine. I've never had a restaurant or deli do that before. Highly recommend this deli for breakfast. read more

Jecos Deli just catered my grandson's Christening party. We had a combination of hot foods (chicken, eggplant, pasta, grilled vegetables) and "The Big Sandwich". The food was excellent, many people went out of their way to say so. I'm not usually a 'Big Sandwich' guy but the chicken cutlet/mozzarella/red pepper was so good! If you are looking for catering, you (and your guests) will be very pleased you chose Jecos to do the cooking. I don't typically write reviews but I felt they should receive kudos for this job well done. read more

Really great deli! My boyfriend and I have been been coming here recently and love it! Their egg sandwiches (voted best on li 2019) are so good and so are their hungry mans! The hungry man comes with potatoes and my boyfriend loves it! Love that the breakfast's still come with the tradition coffees. Def recommend!! Great prices and great food. read more

Wonderful family run deli great egg sandwiches. They know your name after you go there a couple times and provide excellent service!! They go above and beyond and stand behind what they do!! Should an issue arise They step up and make it right. Good customer service is expected but here it's more like a family meal than a business. Best breakfast sandwiches fair price with a choice of coffee or oj, apple or cranberry juice. They are my neighborhood deli. There are other deli's in the neighborhood but they are a ripoff and give you nothing. I only come to this deli for the kind service and tasty food at not rip off prices. read more

Normally I wouldn't give any place a good review when they have a "convenience charge" for credit cards payments. I am vehemently opposed to paying this fee. So even though I am giving them a good review, I probably go 1/4 the amount of time I used to before they adopted this fee, because I only go when I have cash and I rarely carry cash. With that said, they make great food and they're exceedingly nice. They make my favorite sandwich ever. I get a Manhattan with added bacon and bbq sauce. Most delis will microwave the meat to warm it up. They will grill everything to warm it up and it all comes out amazing. Their other sandwiches are great too but this one blows me away every time! read more

I am very picky about my breakfast sandwiches. This place IS THE BEST! The egg sandwiches are perfection. My friend had a panini and I tried a piece of that also DELICIOUS! 2nd most important thing besides food quality is service. SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. Everyone seems friendly and kind even if the place is busy. I will say the interior could use a little makeover but that's why you should never judge a book by its cover. 5 STARS! read more

Well I stopped in because it was close to the car dealer I was going to. It was convenient for me bc it was on the north side of the road in the direction I was headed. Middle country rd is a pain. Anyway it's small, quaint, old and everybody was extremely friendly. I'd have no problem going back there. The food looked fresh but I ordered breakfast. The egg whites were perfectly moist, roll was fresh and turkey meat tasty. Nicely done. I think I paid 4.75 though for 2 egg whites on a roll with cheese no coffee added. That seemed a tad high but I didn't mind bc of the quality. Plus all the local mechanics and blue bellies went there so I had a feeling it would be good read more

Not a big fan of breakfast sandwiches overall and I rarely get them but when I do I try to make sure I get it somewhere good. I found this place through good ratings through Yelp. I got an egg sandwich with cheese and bacon and I didn't realize until I got home they didn't even ask me what type of eggs I wanted on my sandwich because the normal scrambled eggs I usually get weren't there. Although it did taste different the sandwich was decent. Nothing spectacular though, I would return. read more

I live out of state and needed to make arrangements to have food sent for an unexpected death in the family in nesconset. I stumbled on Jeco's using a google search. The gentleman who spoke with me could not have been more helpful. He walked me through what they could do , the food tray options, and made arrangements for delivery. According to my family, everything was delicious . Great pricing, great food and such nice people. read more

Established in 2007.

After 30 years of dreaming to open up his own deli, John Economos finally found got it. He brought to this deli a personal, mom and pop shop atmosphere. His customers quickly learned that pride and care went into the finished product. Now 9 years later his son Joe has continued what his father started and has successfully kept the business growing to what his father hoped for.
