What great service!! My husband and I took my Kia Sorento in because we learned the battery terminal was damaged. We noticed this shop after getting a jump from Auto Zone. We were immediately greeted by the staff and told they would take a look and let us know if they could fix it for us. Within 15 minutes they told us they could fix it. They also told us they would call before they made any changes. We received a call with a complete diagnosis, estimate of when the service would be complete, and the price the next day. We were also alerted of another issue with the brakes that had been misdiagnosed elsewhere. Wow! We were given a very fair price for the brake repair. The car was ready the next day. first, I overpaid for an oil change and would not recommend going here for that. Second, when speaking on the phone for the pick up of my vehicle, they were not the kindest to me. Third, when I tried to vacuum out my vehicle using their vacuum amenities, they stopped me and told me they would handle it. when I picked up my vehicle you could tell someone did the bare minimum vacuum but my car is still dirty as ever despite me paying for their services to clean it. would not recommend this auto shop for cleaning your car or their overpriced services. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee . Recently I had a bad thermostat and a radiator that needed to be replaced. When it over heated, it spewed dirty water(rusty) all over the inside of the engine. They fixed it pretty quickly, BUT, no one bothered to clean away the rusty granular sediment. When I got it back it sounded like something was loose in the brakes. All that sediment collected in the bushings etc. If you've had a jeep, you always listen for weird noises. I'm still dealing with this and I sincerely doubt that I will use them ever again. They couldn't be bothered to clean it out and part of their business is attached to a car wash! read more

Came here cause my back tire was making a funny noise and I just moved out here so I needed it fixed quick. Took it in and they found out it was just a small metal ball stuck in between the tire and the breaks. Ask them the price cause I thought they would charge for the labor of taking my tire off and checking but no. It was free and they even gave my an inspection of my car for free. Told me thing I needed to get fixed. Was little iffy on it cause I needed my car for work but when I choose to get the service done. They were done that day. Then when I picked up my car. I was even more surprised cause the car was cleaned and my interior was also cleaned. just a very good service all around. Will definitely be coming back when need to. read more

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I had my Brakes done in march and there is a 12 month warranty that is supposed to be available. Went in today cuz the brakes are metal on metal and they refused to honor the warranty and refused to make repairs at all. Don't do business with them. First time customer and went for an inspection. Drove up, didn't see anyone, no one came out to let me know where to go or welcome me. There was no signage or instructions as to what to do with your vehicle. No real parking lot to speak of or rather nothing saying where to go or what to do. Just seemed like more info was needed for first time customers. ‍ I called and was told to come right on over. Mentioned I was there in front of the bay titled "inspections." He found me. Mentioned you pull around back. I asked how would I know? He said their sign disappeared in the hurricane. I mentioned I was hoping to get my vehicle inspected on my lunch hour. He said he had some people in front of me that left their vehicles for inspections and he would work me in. Which was lovely thought it still took an hour. I have never had it take an hour for an inspection. I feel like they put my vehicle through a TSA body cavity search of vehicle inspections. Which is fine. I passed. It just takes too long for my schedule. Vehicle inspections are yucky so I want it over as soon as possible. I felt this may not be the vehicle inspection place for me if people felt they needed to drop their car off. Seems like that should be an in and out thing. I thought I could hurry the process up by sharing I didn't have time for the free car wash. The guy said that was good because they didn't offer free car washes with inspections like I read in a couple of other reviews. The guy was nice. Didn't catch his name. He had one of his dogs there so you know he has that going for him. I don't completely trust anyone that doesn't like dogs. The doggie there was the bestest boy. So while I didn't feel the first experience went as I hoped, I would give them another try. They are close, convenient, and locally owned. Or appear to be. Was told I needed a couple of things done so I'll run that by my mechanic to say what they have to say. I'm torn over how many stars to give. 5 stars for guy being nice. 3 stars for an inspection taking an hour. I just don't know. Maybe call it a 4 star and call it a day LOL. read more
