After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I'll make this brief because there wasn't one positive thing about my experience with this business. My vehicle was there for four days. I was repeatedly told they would look at it first thing in the morning, that it was next on the list, and that someone would call me with an update. I never received a single call. Every time I wanted an update, I had to call them myself. I spoke with a different person almost every time, and they would tell me they would find out what was going on and call me back. They never did. After four days, I was told the repair would cost a little over $4,000. I was specifically told that the required part was not available aftermarket and that they had to purchase an original factory part from Mopar. I explained that this was an older truck and asked if there were any other options. I was told no--the repair would cost that amount. I understand that aftermarket parts aren't the same quality as factory parts, but I went home and searched for the exact same part on Amazon and found hundreds of options. I declined the repair. There was another issue that really concerned me. I was told that my coolant, main drive belt, air filter, and cabin air filter all needed to be changed or replaced. These items were included in the inspection report, along with pictures. What they didn't know was that I had already had all of that work done approximately a week and a half earlier. I eventually took the vehicle to another shop, where they diagnosed it as a front tie-rod issue. I paid approximately $500 for that repair, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem either. I then brought the truck back to my hometown, where it was properly diagnosed and repaired for $375. Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish--poor communication, a four-day wait with no proactive updates, questionable recommendations, and a repair estimate that was more than ten times what I ultimately paid to have the actual problem diagnosed and fixed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If they write a response to this review claiming any of it is false or that I didn't understand what they said, that will be yet another lie you can add to my list. read more

What great service!! My husband and I took my Kia Sorento in because we learned the battery terminal was damaged. We noticed this shop after getting a jump from Auto Zone. We were immediately greeted by the staff and told they would take a look and let us know if they could fix it for us. Within 15 minutes they told us they could fix it. They also told us they would call before they made any changes. We received a call with a complete diagnosis, estimate of when the service would be complete, and the price the next day. We were also alerted of another issue with the brakes that had been misdiagnosed elsewhere. Wow! We were given a very fair price for the brake repair. The car was ready the next day. Third, when I tried to vacuum out my vehicle using their vacuum amenities, they stopped me and told me they would handle it. when I picked up my vehicle you could tell someone did the bare minimum vacuum but my car is still dirty as ever despite me paying for their services to clean it. would not recommend this auto shop for cleaning your car or their overpriced services. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee . Recently I had a bad thermostat and a radiator that needed to be replaced. When it over heated, it spewed dirty water(rusty) all over the inside of the engine. They fixed it pretty quickly, BUT, no one bothered to clean away the rusty granular sediment. When I got it back it sounded like something was loose in the brakes. All that sediment collected in the bushings etc. If you've had a jeep, you always listen for weird noises. I'm still dealing with this and I sincerely doubt that I will use them ever again. They couldn't be bothered to clean it out and part of their business is attached to a car wash! read more

First time customer and went for an inspection. Drove up, didn't see anyone, no one came out to let me know where to go or welcome me. There was no signage or instructions as to what to do with your vehicle. No real parking lot to speak of or rather nothing saying where to go or what to do. Just seemed like more info was needed for first time customers. ‍ I called and was told to come right on over. Mentioned I was there in front of the bay titled "inspections." He found me. Mentioned you pull around back. I asked how would I know? He said their sign disappeared in the hurricane. I mentioned I was hoping to get my vehicle inspected on my lunch hour. He said he had some people in front of me that left their vehicles for inspections and he would work me in. Which was lovely thought it still took an hour. I have never had it take an hour for an inspection. I feel like they put my vehicle through a TSA body cavity search of vehicle inspections. Which is fine. I passed. It just takes too long for my schedule. Vehicle inspections are yucky so I want it over as soon as possible. I felt this may not be the vehicle inspection place for me if people felt they needed to drop their car off. Seems like that should be an in and out thing. I thought I could hurry the process up by sharing I didn't have time for the free car wash. The guy said that was good because they didn't offer free car washes with inspections like I read in a couple of other reviews. The guy was nice. Didn't catch his name. He had one of his dogs there so you know he has that going for him. I don't completely trust anyone that doesn't like dogs. The doggie there was the bestest boy. So while I didn't feel the first experience went as I hoped, I would give them another try. They are close, convenient, and locally owned. Or appear to be. Was told I needed a couple of things done so I'll run that by my mechanic to say what they have to say. I'm torn over how many stars to give. 5 stars for guy being nice. 3 stars for an inspection taking an hour. I just don't know. Maybe call it a 4 star and call it a day LOL. read more
