As a fitness trainer massage therapy is a regular part of my routine. I've had probably 40 different massage therapists in my day and I'm picky! Jeff is exceptional. He is so knowledgable about the muscles, kinesiology, sports and active release. Not only does he address the "problem" but he works like a CSI agent to get to the root of the problem. He offers suggestions on how to improve your condition and really tailor fits your session to exactly accommodate your requests. Jeff arrives on time. He is professional, interesting, easy to be around and truly gifted at what he does. Jeff is great. I had a shoulder injury I've been rehabbing for a few months and had made a ton of progress before our month long stay in Park City. I was worried that my progress might be delayed. Luckily we found Jeff after a referral from a local DR suggested myself and my wife use him. I'm normally a little "creeped out" by having a dude give me a massage, but you totally feel comfortable with Jeff. He's super professional and very cool. You actually feel more like you're working with a physical therapist than a massage therapist. The guy knows what he's doing. If you have a low tolerance for pain, he definitely will tailor his style to your needs. I, however, really appreciated the progress I made specifically due to Jeff's intensive treatment. I highly recommend that if you have a chronic injury or a muscle related injury that you see him 2 or 3x a week for fast relief! This guy rocks! read more

Ok there is a massage & then there is JEFF!!! I mean seriously can I bottle him up & have him with me ummm like always?!! I think that would make for a weird family dynamic BUT this guy knows his stuff!! From all the training, working out, living life I do let's just say I may be a bit jacked up!! Well after my 1st session with Jeff I screamed I'm HEALED!!! His sports massage was beyond amazing, I identified my trouble areas he focused on those & when I say focused I mean FOCUSED!!! Jeff has been able to address several issues that I've been struggling for years in just one or two visits. He's made progress in areas where no other masseuse has been able to. Working in front of a computer, I had managed to pinch a nerve in my back. He was able to release the muscles around the pinched nerve in just two visits. I had struggled with a calf injury for years and he was able to release the muscle after just one visit and I'm able to run and workout again without my lower leg giving out. I have had hundreds of massages in my life, but I have never had one like Jeff can give. I have been suffering from chronic migraines, tinnitus with hyperacusis (extreme sound sensitivity) since last July... I was at my last straw going to go in for a spinal tap when I decided to search for a massage therapist in PC. Other than the commercial ones in the strip malls. My search came up with this Yelp thread and after seeing his great reviews I called him. He got me in late one night and I have never had such relieve in just one session. I went to see him again today and again, he knows how to relax the neck and shoulder muscles like no other. I am not cured but I am putting off the more extreme measures for now while I give chiropractic/massage a chance. I just had a 90 massage from Jeff. Im visiting from out of town and just took a chance. No referral. It was one of the best I've ever had!! He stuck to the problem areas and he has the magic touch. I prefer deep tissue and he is well suited to solving problem areas. His fee was reasonable, he was polite, on time, just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him! I was in Park City skiing with friends and my knee started pulling. Jeff was able to get me in the day I called and spend almost 2 hours with me, to get the right muscles to release. Not only was it an excellent massage, but he took the time to give me some stretches to maintain the release. If I lived in PC, he would be my go to guy! read more
