I received a prenatal massage last time which was amazing. I have gone to several high-end spas and paid a lot more for a massage that never compares to the ones I always get from Massage Envy. I did notice the tip amount was a few dollars more at this location $3-4. That doesn't affect or bother me. I don't think this place is a scam like others have said. If you don't use the massage you pay for each month it rolls over to the next month and so on...you never loose them. I go months without getting one and other months where I'll go several times so this doesn't bother me. I get occasional migraines, neck pain ect.. I love getting massages here. You will occasionally get a therapist who isn't that great but that happens anywhere. I have found that most of the therapists at Massage Envy have been there for YEARS (I always ask them how long they've been there) which tells me they take care of their employees and they enjoy their working environment.
