So we scheduled a time through their website to get a massage just to go in the day of and us not be on the schedule. They somehow got all of our info and preferences from the website, but not the appointment. All they could do was laugh at the front desk. Jamie, the person listed as the masseuse, was not even in when on the website it said that she was. One of the worst experiences I've had with a massage studio. Especially since we got like 5 confirmation emails leading up to the appointment. I'd do 0 stars if I could. read more

I would avoid this place. I called and asked if they could give me a deep tissue massage due to back pain and was told absolutely. I filled out a form which indicated the focus should have been my back and upper legs. I was suspicious from the start due to both the diminutive size of the massage therapist and bc the therapist didnt ask me any questions about what I wanted and didnt look at the sheet they asked me to fill out. I got a mediocre massage with moderate pressure across my entire body. Alot of time on my head, neck and shoulders. I complained and was basically told too bad by the receptionist who proceeded to charge me full price and asked me to tip the massage therapist. I do not recommend this place. read more

I had a great experience at elements massage. My girlfriend and I received a 90 minute couples massage, and our masseuses did a great job delivering a massage tailored to our needs. For myself, I received a lot of feedback and instructions for stretches to loosen up problem areas. For my girlfriend, she has a chronic pain issue due to an old compound fracture in her leg. Her masseuse listened and honed in in the problem area better than anyone I've ever seen. Two days later and my gf doesn't even need to ice her leg, and that's something she typically does everyday. If you want to feel listened to and receive what you need from a massage experience, elements is the place to go. read more

My husband scheduled me a prenatal massage here a month ago. It was also for my birthday. We got multiple confirmation emails and texts, even filled out some forms online for being prenatal. Went in 20 minutes early for my appointment and they didn't have me on their schedule. We were in their system somehow, but not on their schedule. Showed them our confirmation email saying I had a massage for the 22nd at 11:30am and they just said well don't know what to tell you. So unprofessional. Do not waste your time here. read more

I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage with Drew, he did a great job! Good pressure and addressed my trigger points (especially in my shoulders/shoulder blades). The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. This is a newer location--clean and cozy. The woman at the front shared that their massage therapist applicants must give at least six staff members a massage before being considered for hire. They absolutely do their due diligence and it shows--I've now had two massages at different Elements locations and both were fantastic. You can't go wrong! Had a wonderful massage tonight with Murga. My back was in so much pain when I arrived. Murga immediately was able to diagnose what was causing my problem. After an hour I felt so much better and all the tightness was gone. I wasn't so locked up and had better range of motion. He even gave me some exercises to do to help prevent a recurrence. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue early this week because I was driving to PC and knew I would be sore. I arrived 20 minutes early last night to fill out the form and relax. Shanna, my therapist, came to waiting area 5 minutes after my massage was to start. This was a bad indication from the start. At the start she was lightly stroking my back. I let it go. Then after 5 more minutes of the same thing I said I could handle more pressure. She went from lightly stroking to very light pressure. Another 5 minutes and I jokingly said that my muscles were grissled and old. There was still no pressure characteristic of a deep tissue massage. I finally said that I had purchased a deep tissue massage and that this was not a deep tissue. Shanna became very angry and said that her I should know her hands were shaking and that she was already tired at the level she was exerting. What happened next was totally uncalled for, she began using her elbows as if she wanted to hurt me while quoting the website. Why I didn't immediately stop the appointment is my regret. I'm sore and hurting this morning. The receptionist at Elements offered to comp the massage while telling me that Shanna doesn't do deep tissue. This was not my fault. I requested and was told I was getting deep tissue. I should have accepted the comp and if the owner reads this, that would be the right thing to do. Shanna deliberately tried to make me as uncomfortable as possible. And now, my back is hurting more. That will go down as my worst massage experience ever. I have gotten massage therapy all over the world and at 5-star resorts. I also get regular massages at home. This experience was the worst!!! The "final straw" was that she ended the session 10 minutes early and told me that I should never request her again. I did not request her. And, I would never request or recommend her. Quite frankly, she should not be in the business of massage therapy. I came to Elements tired and ready for a 90 minute deep tissue. I did not get that! read more

The new Elements Massage Studio in Park City is amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The interior was beautiful and modern. Very clean and welcoming. My experience here was on par with my previous experience of Elements in Cottonwood Heights.. friendly staff, clean facility and a great massage as well! Buyer beware. Although the massage was fine I was coerced into signing up for a monthly membership. I was told any time that you can cancel at a later date but the cost difference was worth it enough to agree to sign up. When the conversation happened I was very hesitant knowing that there was no way I would be able to schedule a monthly massage. I was sold on how good it is for your body, it's only 1 hour a month, etc. They sold me on the massages being able to roll over monthly so you are paying monthly but you can get caught up at a later time. Well, fast forward months later. I have not been able to go monthly yet I am paying $100 a month and given them $1000 or more dollars and I am now getting the run around when trying to cancel. It's already been a couple weeks of trying which **conveniently** has now gotten me committed to pay ANOTHER month. I was provided a termination agreement which I need to print out and sign and once they receive they will cancel my membership. So, since I am not able to print any time soon I'm going to have to continue to pay because the calls and emails asking to cancel are not good enough. This is so messed up. I will be blasting this company wherever possible. You've gotten so much money from me and won't let me cancel without continuing to pay which is absolutely appalling. On top of this I am told I can use the massages I paid for (how nice of you!) but, you must use in the next 60 days. So, months of massages that I need to use and I need to do it within 2 months. Nice way to run your business. I hope this way of treating customers makes you happy. Also reporting to better business bureau. Please think twice before agreeing to their monthly membership, it's a trap. read more
