And not to mention, our weddings have so many traditions that take place, that it's extremely important to be extra attentive to these. To my assurance, I had NOTHING to worry about. I should have known from the start because the moment I reached out to Robert, he surpassed all my expectations. He was so patient with my many, many questions; always provided quick responses; was more than accommodating to our needs and even change of needs; and had an obvious interest and devotion to his clients. Unlike some vendors who show this charm prior to booking their services and then going AWOL after, Robert stayed true to character from the moment we booked him, up and through our wedding day and even after. As our videographer, his artful eye was evident in how he captured moments throughout the day. Agnes was our lead photographer and she was amazing! She has a strong personality and knows how to get things done. Our wedding had over 800 guests but Agnes knew how to get the day moving and did what she had to in order to ensure that we were on schedule. He was very easy to talk to and very responsive to any questions and delivered the final product in a timely manner and as promised (about 2 months after the wedding). If you have any doubts about a videographer, hire Sureshot and you will not be disappointed! There are a variety of different packages and all of the important parts from the ceremony and reception were captured beautifully. We watched our wedding video (~2 hours) and our 5-minute highlight real video and to say it is a work of art is an understatement. The videos are provided with a cute photo on the front with our names and the date of our wedding like a real movie. There are very cool drone shots of the venue for the beginning and end of the videos which were so cool to see the venue from that angle. The sound and cameras were not in the way of the big day as we could barely tell they were there. We also got the raw footage on a USB file for a small additional charge, which was a great offering to have to be able to see outtakes and catch some conversations. The sound on the final video is perfect and the picture is so clear it looks like an actual movie. If you have any doubts about a videographer, hire Sureshot and you will not be disappointed!
