After contacting him, he was prompt and attentive with all our different forms of communication. I wanted the proposal and pictures to be a surprise so once we decided on a date, I told Andrew to follow us around paparazzi style until I popped the question. After the proposal, we went outside to take formal shots in inclement weather. It was snowing/ freezing raining outside when we went to take our outdoor photos. Even though it was cold and wet, Andrew made multiple trips to his car and back to get the right equipment for our shoot and somehow managed to maintain an infectiously positive attitude. Her work is very airy and minimally processed. I contacted her about three months before my baby was born to make sure that we had an appointment available (she only takes five newborn shoots per month). Reda was prompt and continued to communicate with me even after my baby was born a week after his due date. Her studio is in her home; it is clean, comfortable, and you can park right outside her house. There are so many windows that allow for natural light to come in (which helps with their airy feelings of her finished photos). Her studio is kept at a warm temperature (perfect for the baby). You can pay via cash, Venmo, or quick-pay. A couple of weeks before my baby's birth, we spoke about my ideas/vision, and when we met for the shoot, she had those items ready. However, if you changed your mind, she has an extensive collection of wraps, backgrounds, and accessories. She is also the baby whisperer; whenever the baby would begin to whimper/cry, she knew what to do so that the baby would stop crying and be ready to take pictures. Reda gave us four finished images the day after the shoot and the finished gallery about three weeks later. I would highly recommend Juodis Photography for newborn photography because her studio is clean, her finished images are gorgeous, and her personality is perfect for new parents and babies.
