So I called this office because I was unhappy with my previous agent. In the end, it was a comedy of errors. My error because I didn't even have the right company I was complaining about...but I can say that Olivia answered all of my questions, she was was absolutely delightful on the phone and I could not recommend her or this office to any higher degree! Just another reminder to avoid this agent and this company. I know it's more difficult to find insurance in CA these days, but you would truly be better off paying more to another company than to waste years of money on premiums to be denied the smallest amount of money for recompense. Previous ratings have described my ordeal with State Farm, taking my money for over 35 years to provide nothing when I needed them. They are the epitome of crooked insurance practices. So don't fall for the happy voice over the phone, or the ease of which they take your money. When the rubber hits the road they are nowhere to be found. Truly a bad company and bad agency. read more

Jeff's got a great operation here. He is flexible with my requests, and responds extremely fast to my e-mails. All of his guys, notably Brian have gone the extra mile to make sure that I'm getting taken care of and that I'm getting the best rates. With my worker's compensation this past year, I accidentally miscalculated my payroll and ended up getting an enormous bill, which was totally my fault. I think some insurance agents wouldn't have been forgiving and would have immediately reported me to collections or try to strong arm me into paying the lump sum. Not Jeff. I swear they probably spent 6+ hours on me trying to resolve all of this, and I ended up saving 25% on my bill. They worked harder for me to make less money, just to make sure I -the client was being taken care of. Very hard working team who stays on their stuff. Very knowledgeable too compared to liability insurance carriers I have used in the past, who took advantage of my lack of knowledge in the industry which I ended up paying for dearly. They could have taken the opportunity to screw me, but they didn't. This shows that this is an insurance agency with morals and high character. Insurance payments are a necessary evil, but they try to make it as angelic as possible. Thank you for having my back! read more
